1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings. Understanding them will help you read the rest of the document clearly.

• "AironPlus" refers to the online gaming platform operating at aironplus.com, including all its games, services, and features.
• "Player" / "You" / "Member" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account with AironPlus.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile associated with a unique Philippine mobile number on the AironPlus platform.
• "Funds" refers to any PHP amount deposited by a player and held in their AironPlus wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reload amount granted to a player by AironPlus.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a player must bet using bonus funds before that bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• "Platform" refers to the entire AironPlus website, its mobile-optimised interface, and all games accessible through a registered account.

2 Account Registration

To use AironPlus, you must first create a verified account. Registration is free and requires a valid Philippine mobile number, which will be verified via one-time password (OTP) at sign-up.

2.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including a name, date of birth, or mobile number that doesn't belong to you — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is allowed to maintain exactly one AironPlus account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. AironPlus actively monitors for duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts under that individual will be suspended and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be cancelled.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone, including friends or family members. AironPlus staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility unless you notify us immediately of unauthorised access.

3 Player Eligibility

To be eligible to register and play on AironPlus, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines with a valid Philippine mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an AironPlus employee.
• You must not be self-excluded from AironPlus or any other gaming platform as part of a responsible gaming programme.
• You must be playing with funds that legally belong to you — not funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any illegal activity.

AironPlus reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide these documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is complete.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits on AironPlus are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. AironPlus accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, and online banking through BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard bank cards are also accepted.

Deposits are typically credited to your AironPlus wallet within minutes. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed due to a payment processor issue, funds will either be credited within 24 hours or returned to the original payment method. Contact support immediately if a deposit does not reflect after 2 hours.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Your original deposit amount is always freely withdrawable — only bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 30 minutes to 4 hours for most accounts; VIP Gold members and above benefit from priority processing.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

AironPlus may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or for amounts above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement. The name on your AironPlus account must match the name on your GCash, Maya, or bank account. Mismatched names will cause withdrawal requests to be held pending verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

AironPlus offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, birthday rewards, and referal incentives. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are always stated clearly before you opt in.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited in PHP to your AironPlus wallet upon meeting the qualifying conditions (typically a deposit of the specified minimum amount).
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each promo is stated in the individual promo terms.
• Bonus funds and winings derived from bonus play are tracked separately in your wallet until wagering is complete.
• AironPlus reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of exploitation, abuse, or violation of these terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bets placed on AironPlus games count toward wagering requirements unless otherwise specified. Most games contribute at100%. When a wagering requirement is fully met, the bonus amount automatically converts to withdrawable cash in your wallet and will receive a notification.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not had any wagering activity for 30 consecutive days may be forfeited. The expiry period for each promotion is stated in its individual terms. AironPlus will send a reminder notification before a bonus expires.

6 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on AironPlus use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Every outcome is independent of all previous results and cannot be influenced by bet size, account status, or any other factor. Attempting to exploit software errors, use bots, or employ any form of automated play is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that produces an incorrect result — such as an obviously eroneous payout many times larger than the correct amount — AironPlus reserves the right to void affected bets and restore the correct balances. AironPlus will not exploit technical errors in its own favour and will always honour correctly calculated outcomes.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on all games. These are displayed clearly within each game interface. AironPlus may adjust bet limits for individual accounts based on account tier, verification status, or unusual betting patterns flaged by our risk management system.

6.4 Collusion and Fraud

Coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, using fraudulent payment methods, or participating in any form of money laundering using the AironPlus platform will result in permanent account suspension and reporting to the appropriate Philippine authorities. All suspicious activity is logged and reviewed by our security team.

7 Responsible Gaming

AironPlus is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools help players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all members to use them proactively rather than only when a problem arises.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and can be lowered at any time. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cool-down Period: Take a break from AironPlus for 24 hours,7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account is suspended and cannot be reactivated early.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent exclusion from AironPlus. This cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. Support will guide you through the process with no questions asked.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 AironPlus-Initiated Suspension

AironPlus reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension include — but are not limited to — providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, fraudulent payment activity, and violation of responsible gaming agreements.

8.2 Balance on Suspension

If an account is suspended due to a violation, any bonus funds or bonus-derived winings associated with the violating activity may be forfeited. Deposits made with legitimate personal funds will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation, unless those funds are implicated in fraudulent activity.

8.3 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your AironPlus account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any pending withdrawal must be completed first. AironPlus will return your verified remaining balance within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the AironPlus platform — including the brand name, logo, game interfaces, text, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of AironPlus and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the AironPlus platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AironPlus content without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

AironPlus provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous uptime and reliable performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily take games offline.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, AironPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party payment processor delays — except where such losses result directly from proven AironPlus negligence.

11 Privacy and Data

AironPlus collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data will never be sold to third parties. It is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the AironPlus platform. You have the right to request a copy of your personal data or request its deletion by contacting support@aironplus.com.

12 Amendments to These Terms

AironPlus may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated effective date will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the AironPlus platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of AironPlus that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

AironPlus strongly encourages players to contact support first for any dispute. The majority of issues — including incorrect payouts, delayed withdrawals, or disputed bet outcomes — are resolved quickly and fairly through our internal resolution process without the need for formal proceedings.
