Wrong mobile number format

Enter your number in the format +63 9XX XXX XXXX or 09XX XXX XXXX. Both formats work, but make sure you're using the exact number you registered with — not a different SIM or a number you changed to later.

Forgotten password

Tap "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number and we'll send a reset OTP. Follow the steps to create a new password. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

OTP not arriving

Check that you have signal and your mobile data or Wi-Fi is working. OTPs can take up to 60 seconds to arrive. If it still hasn't come after 2 minutes, tap "Resend OTP." If the problem persists, contact support via live chat.

Account locked after failed attempts

Too many incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or use the OTP login method to bypass the lock while you reset your password.
